Building up during your workday

The usual approach is to start small: wear the brace for half an hour to an hour at a time during the first few days and gradually build up, rather than wearing it for a whole workday right away. Choose your size by body weight using the table above; if you're between two sizes, the larger one can still be tightened using the loop system, but an oversized brace is hard to tighten enough.
